Monica Martin has traveled across the U.S., landing in a handful of cities before settling into her artistry in Los Angeles. One of those stops included a stint in Music City where Martin seemed to seamlessly fit into Nashville’s musical landscape. During this journey, she fronted the Wisconsin-based experimental-folk-pop group PHOX before breaking out as a solo artist. Channeling Hollywood romance with a hint of jazz and psychedelia, Martin tells stories of her past that feel like millennial folklore.
