There are MANY concerts going on this weekend in Nashville, including an incredible triple bill of Thundercat, The Strokes, and Red Hot Chili Peppers at Nissan Stadium. But you know what Nissan Stadium doesn’t have? Air conditioning. The Belcourt Theater does and on Monday, August 15th at 8PM they are screening “Anonymous Club” a documentary that captures Courtney Barnett and the journey of being an artist on her last tour.
In the interview Barnett talks about how maybe contrary to popular belief, it was her idea to film herself on tour. But she did struggle with being the center of attention. And how, overall it’s a story that is bigger than herself.
