Shannon & The Clams Share ‘Year of the Spider’ Live at the Sonic Cathedral

Shannon & The Clams‘ “genre” ranges from garage punk to doo-wop, psych to surf, and everything in between, and their sixth studio album Year Of The Spider is no exception. The group recorded the LP at Nashville’s Easy Eye Sound with Dan Auerbach, surviving mixing the record the same week the tornadoes ripped through the city. The band returned to Music City to record a session live at the Sonic Cathedral.

Watch the band perform “Do I Wanna Stay,” “Midnight Wine” and “Mary Don’t Go” live from WNXP Nashville.
