Following the release of their critically-acclaimed sophomore effort Today We’re The Greatest, Australian indie rockers Middle Kids are back with their boldest work yet. Aptly titled Faith Crisis Pt. 1, the latest full-length is a 13-song collection inspired by frontwoman Hannah Joy’s search for purpose and self after experiencing a personal crisis. With bursting brightness mixed amongst moments of angst, the album follows the journey of questioning one’s beliefs and losing and rebuilding that faith.

Watch Middle Kids perform “Bootleg Firecracker” and “Highlands” from Faith Crisis Pt. 1 plus 2021’s breakout hit “Stacking Chairs” live at WNXP’s Sonic Cathedral.
