Styrofoam Winos’ new record, Any River, grew out of the Nashville trio’s collaborative approach, with Lou Turner, Trevor Nikrant and Joe Kenkel trading instruments, ideas and influences. That same spirit carries into this playlist of songs passed around in the van, played on CD between stops and discovered through artists they’ve recently shared a bill with.

“These are songs we’ve been listening to lately, often on the road. Each one is either something one of us showed the others, or played on a CD in the van, or is a favorite track of ours by an artist we played with recently,” they wrote.
