Community partnerships and a collective “finger to the pulse” of what’s happening in Middle Tennessee — and, sheesh, there is a lot happening again! — are two things that make your NPR Music station, WNXP, a little different. We are so pleased to partner for a weekly run-down of local events with our buddies at Do615.
For today’s What Where When-sday, I spoke with Zach and Chris about the absolutely stacked next several days we have for live music in Nashville, starting with Lucy Dacus and Palehound at Brooklyn Bowl Wednesday, through Nashville Pride headlined by Salt n Pepa this weekend, to Big Thief Monday at Ryman Auditorium and an Americana Fest kick-off event featuring rockers White Denim on Tuesday.
As usual, there’s more than live music to tend to in Music City. Maybe a Japanese Moon Viewing at Cheekwood, the East Nashville Beer Fest or rock climbing practice is more your thing? Check out many upcoming events via Do615.com:
