What Where When-sday: The RESET

This week for What Where When-sday, we focus on health and wellness with The RESET: An Immersive Sound Healing Experience with Davin Youngs at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Sunday.

Kindling Arts Fest 2024 kicks off this Thursday until Sunday at various locations, including OZ Arts and Darkhorse Theater. Also on Sunday, there’s the annual Frist Arts Fest. On Thursday, WNXP’s monthly music trivia happens at The Blue Room.

Live music this week begins with our latest Nashville Artist of the Month Meg Elsier’s spittake album release show at Soft Junk on Thursday. (Check out a playlist of her album inspirations here.) WNXP Presents VEAUX performing Row One Stage at Cannery Hall for the release of their debut EP Love in the Midnight on Saturday.
