The first edition of What Where Wednesday in 2023, keeping you up to date with the events happening in Nashville this week. Some of the highlights include the 29th annual Let Freedom Sing concert honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. Slim and Husky’s Unplugged Series at the Analog in the Hutton Hotel on Saturday night featuring two former WNXP Nashville Artist of the Month Savvy and Namir Blade.
Our special guest for What Where When-sday this week is Margo Price. On Friday, the singer/songwriter and author of a new memoir Maybe We’ll Make It will be releasing her fourth album Strays. She will celebrate the release at Grimey’s with an in-store performance with her full band, and then signing copies of her new album. Back in November, Price joined our sister station WPLN’s daily show This Is Nashville discussing the chronicles in her memoir to being the center of country music.
