This week for What Where When-sday, we discuss Grimey’s 25-year anniversary. The celebration is happening at the Basement East this Saturday, and we caught up with co-owner and founder Mike Grimes and co-owner and “vinylist” Doyle Davis.
Additional event opportunities start tonight, out in Franklin, with A Christmas Carol at the FSD Performing Arts Center. Tomorrow night, at the Blue Room, WXNP Presents Nashville band Willis. Back at the venue on Saturday, Starlito performs with a live band. Meanwhile, on the Mainstage of Cannery Hall, Ceremony Fest features performances from Kenny Hoopla, Winona Fighter and more. Other events this week range from Allman Betts Family Revival at the Ryman to The Ornaments at Eastside Bowl.
