Another edition of What Where When-sday, keeping you up to date with the happenings in Nashville this week, from Suki Waterhouse at The Basement East, Big Thief at the Ryman and of course Paramore’s huge This is Why album release show at the Grand Ole Opry.
Our special guests for What Where When-sday this week are Meagan Rust and Buddy Kite from the Frist Arts Museum. The museum will hold its inaugural weekend long Frist Arts Fest this Saturday and Sunday, February 4-5, to celebrate the openings of new exhibitions. This is the first time in Frist history the main galleries are featuring only contemporary art. This weekend also features a ton of activities and music provided by WNXP weekend DJs Aaron Monty and Dan Digs in the auditorium.
Also starting tomorrow and throughout the month of February, the Frist After Five: Celebrating Black Arts & Culture will feature art, poetry and music from Nashville artist Chuck Indigo.
