Areas of musical expertise: I’ve been playing guitar and studying music since I was seven. Started recording music in Gargeband when I was a teenager which led to engineering and producing studio sessions for all sorts of audio projects. I love records of live band performances cut “to tape” but Ableton, samplers, analog synths, drum machines and modern music production techniques are fun too. Favorite places in Nashville: The Warner Parks, The Ryman, The Frist, Gruhn Guitars, Carter Guitars, Fanny’s House of Music, Monell’s Germantown and the entire greenway system Favorite shows you’ve seen in Nashville: I love the Ryman and am fortunate to have seen so many great shows there – the Punch Brothers, Khruangbin, and Dawes are of note. Other great sets were Julian Lage at Basement East, Charley Crockett at the Palace, Willie Nelson at the Quarry, Chaparelle at the Legion, and Big Thief at the OG Basement
